Lakers Group AB (publ): Put Option event pursuant to Bond Terms in ISIN NO0011017113 – Lakers Group AB (publ) FRN Senior Secured Sustainability bonds 2021/2025

All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the bond terms dated 7 June 2021 (the “Bond Terms”).
The sale of Lakers Group Holding AS to Vestum AB (publ) have been completed. Consequently, Lakers Group AB (publ) has informed the Bond Trustee that a Put Option Event (Change of Control Event), has occurred on 9 November 2021, in accordance with Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event) of the Bond Terms.
According to Clause 10.3 of the Bond Terms, a Put Option at a price of 101% of the Nominal Amount plus accrued interest is triggered by a Put Option Event.
